A portion of the Natomas Park development opened in 2007 in the City of Sacramento, CA. Tucked into a close-knit neighborhood not far from Arco Arena, the Natomas Park Retail Center is located at the corner of Club Center Drive and Danbrook Drive. The project consists of a Longs Drug Store, Fitness 19 gym and two other shop buildings

RSC Engineering designed the parking lot, underground utilities and other facilities for the retail center. These facilities provide pedestrian and vehicular access between the new center and the existing roadways.
RSC worked with the Reclamation District 1000 to prepare an access easement to the drainage canal located on the west side of the project.
As part of the project, RSC Engineering worked closely with the City of Sacramento to prepare offsite plans for sewer, water and driveway locations.
RSC Engineering provided comprehensive engineering services including:
