Copperstone Village I Family Apartments is a 118,740 square foot affordable apartment home community located at 8040 West Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA. Copperstone Village I occupies 4-acres within College Square Marketplace, a master plan mixed use community.

Copperstone Village is a gated community that celebrated their grand opening in November of 2009. It boasts a large clubhouse, sparkling pool, children's playground, and a laundry facility.

RSC designed the site infrastructure including the parking lot and all interior portions of the complex. In addition, RSC sized and located the onsite infrastructure design to ensure that future Copperstone II/III phase of the project is adequately served by the extension of the public and private facilities constructed to serve Copperstone I.
The apartment home project was subject to the new storm water quality requirements of the City of Sacramento. Despite the space constraints posed by a multi-family facility, RSC designed the drainage system to allow all storm water to be treated via natural methods such as vegetative swales and dry wells.
